The Galisteo Basin Preserve is a planned community that permanently protects the majority of the acre- age. The Community is restricted to a 200 acre development zone and will develop in the style of a village. This design will promote a stewardship oriented community and conserve 13,000 acres, which will promote low impact, resource efficient sustainable development.
