Seine Arche is a planned re-development that will add commercial and residential space designed to create a vibrant mixed-use community. Some of the project will include renovating, but a majority of the buildings will be new construction. A large public park will extend through the project and to the river. Transportation will be organized and vehicle transportation will be directed primarily underground.
